The Paine Gallery presents the work of Stephen Carroll. Immerse yourself in a world of colors, captivating oil paintings, and innovative 3-D art. This exhibit opens Aug. 29 with a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. at The Paine Gallery in the Bluefield Arts Center.
